At Lavanya Handicrafts, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase.
However, as our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, or texture may occur — these are not considered defects.


1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with order details and images.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or message.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item (if available in stock).
If not available, you may choose a replacement item of equal value.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting customer support.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
